HUNA STORE ASSOCIATES Drop-Ship Program 1. A Huna Store Associate (HSA) is a person, company, or organization that features products from the Original Huna Store (OHS) at www.huna.net on an independent website, receives orders for those products from its own customers, sends those orders to Huna By Mail HBM) for processing and fulfillment, and receives a commission for each such product sold. 2. There is no fee required for becoming an HSA. 3. Not all products on the OHS site are eligible for this program. The HSA will receive a list of products for which it can receive commissions. 4. The HSA may use product images and information from the OHS site. The HSA must use the shipping cost information from the OHS site. 5. To receive a commission the HSA must provide HBM with the following information for each order: Customer name, billing address, shipping address, and telephone number. Credit card number, expiration date, security number, and name on the card. Name and quantity of each item. Format for each item where applicable (such as NTSC or PAL for videos, DVD or VHS for videos, CD or cassette for audio material). Size or color or style where applicable. Special instructions, if any. NOTE: The only credits cards accepted are Visa and Master Card. Payment may also be made by a check in US funds drawn on a US bank. 6. HBM will ship anywhere in the world by priority mail within four to six weeks. Shipping costs will be added to the amount charged on the card. The customer will receive a copy of the credit card charge from HBM. It is the responsibility of the HSA to notify the customer that the order has been received. 7. Satisfaction with any product is guaranteed within 30 days with the return of the unsatisfactory product to HBM. 8. The commission will be 25% of the retail price of each product sold through the HSA. Commissions will be paid by HBM to the HSA on a quarterly basis in a form agreed upon by both parties.
